- 1 package Lit’l Smokies Beef Links.
Slice lengthwise down the middle but do not cut all the way through just split them.
10 oz brick of really sharp Cheddar Cheese
Slice the cheese into 1 1/2″ x 1/2″ x 1/8″ sticks
1 lb of thick cut bacon
313 Lil Smokeys
Par cook the bacon in batches using the microwave. I cooked them for 3 minutes on high. They should be pliable so you can wrap them around the links.
Cut each bacon strip in half.
Now, lay down some 313 Foodie Sauce into the sliced links, how much… Let your insanity be your guide!
Place each Cheddar stick into the links and wrap with the half strip of bacon, secure it with a toothpick and place on a non stick baking sheet with the cut side up. Don’t want to lose all that cheese.
Bake in a 400* oven for 15 minutes.
Plate them and get ready for a tastebud sensation.
